Employment Works provides Ottawa employers with certified staff that are ready to start work immediately! Our team can enhance your ability to recruit, hire, and onboard youth 16-29.

Our clients complete trainings and industry specific certifications such as First-aid/CPR, Smart Serve, Cannsell, Safe food handling, WHMIS, Security Guard licensing, and many more!

The employment team will provide you with employer support throughout the first 12 weeks of training to ensure both the client and employer are set up for success in the long term. Register your business and receive more info on candidates to fill your roles!

  • Employer must be a registered business in Canada.  

    Employer must have some form of workplace safety insurance (WSIB or alternative).  

    Employer must place client on formal payroll and provide paystubs to Employment Works staff.  

    Employer must provide adequate training for the position as well as constructive employee feedback.  

    Employers must register and complete an agreement form to qualify for the subsidy.
